The
Best Sports Bras
Sports Bras come in a variety
of models, sizes, shapes and with various features and isn't
that a great thing? Because that is exactly how I would say
us women are created. There is a good chance that the running
bra that I may choose, would not be the choice of my running
partner.
When I go shopping for my running bras, it is important for
me to chose one that offers support, comfort and breathability.
Even after you find a sports bra that feels good in the change
room - you still need to put it to the test - go for a run
in it. It's only after your run that you will really be able
to tell if it really provides the proper support, controls
the moisture and doesn't chafe.
Allow me to make a couple of recommendations:
The Nike PR Short Sport Top, not only feels good, it
looks great. It has breathable mesh panels and DRI-fit fabric
which work well to control the moisture. It provides good
support as the inner bra has built in bra cups.
For the Sports Bra Plus, the Champion Action Shape Sports
Bra offers lots of support and it is comfortable enough
to wear day to day. It has velcro straps that are easily adjustable
and they do not slip. It also provides good moisture wicking.
This Champion Running Bra has a traditional back closure with
three or four hooks. Great for those that need a bit of extra
support.
The Brooks Powerpro Sport Bra has a very popular reversible
feature on it. It also has no annoying itchy tags on either
side. This jogging bra contains a high percentage of spandex
which offers good support, doesn't chafe and is extremely
comfortable.
Last of all, I have to give a Gold Medal to the Moving
Comfort Olympia Bra. It comes in first place in Comfort,
Support and Style. It's soft, wicks moisture and doesn't chafe.
Definitely comfortable enough to wear everyday.
I'll say it again, we all all different shapes and sizes and
what works for Mary, may not work for Jane. But there are
many great Athletic Bras out there and there's also one for
you.
